A Quick & Healthy Meal

Here is a quick meal that requires no preparation. This is what I actually eat like most of the time. I'm lazy so its easy to pull out and provides everything you need. You can put different foods in the mix for variety. It's just an example of what you can do. Don't say I can't, figure out how you are going to do it. Let me know what you think.

I like to slice a pork tenderloin and cook it in olive oil. The slices are really thin and then I put them in the fridge for whenever I need them. Since they are in slices they are great to have whenever you need them.

Thats a good way to have a quick and easy protein and fat source. Using olive oil is great. Everyone should use extra virgin olive oil as much as possible.
