Ryan lost 2.4 % body fat

Russ lost 2.1 % body fat

Haley lost 2.1 % body fat and increased her V-squat 1 rep max by 15lbs up to 155lbs from 140lbs

Latonya bench pressed 130lbs and did partial reps with 135lbs

Levonne lost another inch off of her waist and raised her bench press by 10lbs to 110lbs

Yoda Is The Man !!

Kettlebells, Core and More with Haley

Finally got some videos of Haley in action. She did a great total body workout with emphasis on shoulders and core followed up with a couple of rounds of the standard Tabata drill. Of course, by the time the tabata drills came around, she was running low on high octane fuel. She did some great stuff and got up to 35lbs on the kettlebell squat to overhead press and doing 50 reps of the bicycle. Check out her videos:

No Pink Dumbbells Here

Today, Leah, Latonya and Ryan did a killer workout. They used a 135lb barbell and did a strength circuit of deadlifts, barbell rollouts, windshield wipers and floor chest press. They followed that up with 2 sets of the standard tabata drill.

Women can and should lift heavy weights to increase strength and performance, to increase their metabolism and to assist in the fat burning process by building lean body mass. The days of the pink dumbbell are over !!!

Multi-Client Training -The AJ / Ryan Saga Continues

Tonight AJ & Ryan trained together during the group bootcamp session. They completed a grueling Tabata drill consisting of a two part split. They did two sets on the powerwheel and two sets using the bodyweight drills. They worked really hard and did a killer workout. It was motivation and intestinal fortitude at it's finest. This workout was for the brave and the bold. Not for the weak or faint hearted. It was refreshing to have two Ranger qualified Infantry Officers together for such a inspirational fitness experience. Great Job to AJ and Ryan !!!.
