First walk of the year.
Took advantage of the great weather to crush Monday and get out of my comfort zone.
Strolled around the neighborhood with a 60lb ruck to begin the conditioning process.
Legs and traps were screaming.
I enrolled in the "All Roads Lead to Rome" 27.3 mile Virtual Challenge.
So I've got to drag my lazy butt out and get 27.3 miles done.
I will do a short walk everyday for a couple weeks to knock it out.
Short ruck marches are good for me. It doesn't inflame my old injuries and it provides functional full body conditioning.
Find new ways to add variety and challenge to your training.
