Kettlebell Snatches and Complex
Kettlebell snatches from the floor followed by my kettlebell complex #2 clean, push press, swing to a switch and snatch from a swing. Snatches from the floor were with 35lb, 45lb and 61.6lb KB's. Complex was with a 61.6lb KB.
