Columbus GA Personal Training: Wednesday Kettlebells and Barbell Workout

My Wednesday workout at Dempsey's Resolution Fitness, using kettlebells and barbell. Form wasn't perfect but knees, shoulders and back didn't hurt. So the correct muscles were used despite less than perfect form.

These are some commonly used exercises. The Wednesday workout was difficult but refreshing. Practice makes perfect.
