How To Make A Quick Healthy Meal

Quick meal preparation demo for personal training and fitness bootcamp clients of Dempsey's Resolution Fitness in Columbus, GA.

Meal consisted of scrambled egg whites, plain Greek yogurt, pecan meal and baby spinach leaves. I added some BBQ sauce and stirred it up in a bowl. Quick and easy.
