Greens Smoothie Recipe


Today's smoothie recipe:

2 cups kale and spinach 

2 scoops organic pro 30 protein 

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp raw honey

1 tbsp ground turmeric

1 tbsp ground ginger

Filtered water

Throw it all in the blender and blend until smooth.

Refrigerate until cold (my preference) and enjoy.

Tons of great organic protein, good fats and carbs with a healthy dose of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
