Homemade Protein Brownies


Homemade protein brownies

6 scoops BioTrust low carb protein powder

1 cup raw buckwheat

1 cup raw shredded coconut

Raw organic honey and stevia as desired

1 cup filtered water

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until the batter is thick and then spread evenly into a baking sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove and let cool.
