Meal Of The Week - Filet Mignon, Shrimp And Salad


This meal of the week consists of filet mignon, cocktail shrimp, salad (consisting of green leaf lettuce, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, crumbled bleu cheese and red onion), and jamaican ginger ale. I actually made this myself and it was good. I impressed myself with this meal and it didn't take long to make. All of the ingredients were found at Earth Fare in Auburn.
