Double Log Sled Pull

Working legs with the double log sled pull.This is another improvised sled, using fallen pine tree logs from the tornado. I simply tied them together and attached a harness. 

They are heavy enough to hit the legs and light enough to make it a cardio workout as well. Think outside the box. Use all available items at your disposal and improvise workout equipment for little to no cost. It doesn't have to be pretty and have a brand name to work. 

These logs work great and provide a challenging workout for all fitness levels.
