Chocolate Protein Pudding

Chocolate Protein Pudding:

3 scoops chocolate BioTrust low carb protein powder,

1 cup Greek yogurt,

1 cup cottage cheese,

handful of almonds,

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

and 1 cup of water.

Mix it up in a bowl and enjoy.

Makes for a great late night high protein low carb meal.
