Meal of the Week - Egg Whites & Vegetables


This is a another super quick meal of the week. Egg whites, spinach, carrots, and flax seed meal with some ranch dressing. Thrown in a bowl and stirred up. High protein, fibrous carbs and good fats. Took about 10 minutes to scramble up the eggs and everything else was cold.
