I left an old cooler out back and it filled with rain water.
I was gonna dump it until I saw the local wildlife using it as a watering hole.
So far I've seen cats, dogs and birds of all kinds.
There's no telling what critters show up at night to get a drink.
I've been out in a jungle, mountain and desert, thirsty, dehydrated, without water, more than once.
It sucks. I can tell you that!
Water is a life source. I will always give water and food to those in need, be it man or beast.
If you can only help one person or animal in this lifetime- it makes it all worth it.
All lives matter.
