Yesterday You Said Tomorrow
Hey, hope you are doing great. I wanted to talk about our goals, discipline and the human condition.
We all have goals that we want to achieve. Some people are super aggressive and kill their goals right off, some take longer to get to their goals but they eventually make it and some start the journey and never make it repeatedly. There are probably more versions but those are the big 3.
Which one are you?
This correlates directly with your fitness / nutrition success and failure. You don't have to be in a category or stay in a category. You can change. You can do more, do better, get better, be better at most things.
If you want it bad enough, you will figure out a way. Or if not, you'll find an excuse.
Yesterday you said tomorrow ! Today is when it happens. Take action. Dominate your life.
There has been a surge in personal training lately so I've opened up 30 min sessions and buddy team & small group as well as one on one sessions to make more room and so it's more affordable for you. Limited spots. Let me know soon if this is what you need.
