Meal Of The Week 11 July 09
This meal consists of lean pork chops, cauliflower, broccoli, flaxseed meal and a little blue cheese dressing. I threw it all in a big bowl, stirred it up and started chowing down. Full of lean protein, good fats and fibrous carbs. Quick, easy and hits the spot. Keep coming up with new combos that you like for variety.
