Finally got some videos of Haley in action. She did a great total body workout with emphasis on shoulders and core followed up with a couple of rounds of the standard Tabata drill. Of course, by the time the tabata drills came around, she was running low on high octane fuel. She did some great stuff and got up to 35lbs on the kettlebell squat to overhead press and doing 50 reps of the bicycle. Check out her videos:
