The Columbus studio location is officially closed and the Salem Garage Gym is open once again, after two years in Columbus. The garage gym in Salem ran from 2007-2011 and is now back in operation.
To celebrate the re-opening of the Salem location, I am offering new and returning clients, your first month of unlimited bootcamp for only $100 ($199 value).
You will receive up to 10 small group bootcamp workouts per week plus you will receive the 42 minute targeted fat loss cardio program that you can do on your own in between workouts, a 6 week meal plan from the Diet Solution Program and nutrition coaching from me- all included extras for free.
The training is mostly outdoors with some indoors. The workouts are full of variety, fun, exciting, empowering and always challenging. All fitness levels welcome.
