Mid-way 2 week progress for the Smith February Bootcamp
Jennifer lost 2.2% body fat
Cassandra lost 7.1% body fat
Holliman lost 7% body fat
Justina lost 5.5% body fat
Lesley lost 7.5% body fat
In his first week of personal training, Ryan T. lost 3.2lbs, 4.6% body fat and 1in from his waist, while increasing his bench press 10lbs.
At the home bootcamp,
Gloria lost 4% body fat, 2.5lbs and 3/4 in from her waist in one week.
