Kettlebell Basic Warmup For The Wednesday Night Workout


Light Kettlebell Warmup for the Wednesday night workout.

Barbell complex, kettlebell swings, snatches, clean to press followed by my "walk your way to Abs" program. Abs circuit with a 1 mile ruck march with a 35lb rucksack.

It was one of those "harder than it looks" workouts.
