1200 Calories A Day Right? =WRONG

There are a bunch of people being told to cut down to 1200 calories a day to lose weight. But is that good advise? Usually not! You need a certain number of calories to maintain or lose weight and to have that weight come from fat instead of lean body mass. Calculate your calories and find out what you really need.
