Fitness Bootcamp Monday Night Workout
JP & Lenny smoked it with a killer leg workout. 4 rounds of BFR Squats 15,12,10,8 reps followed by tire jumps 15,12,10,8 reps-finishing with split squats 10 reps each leg.
