Another great week of killer workouts by clients and bootcampers. Robbin lost 5.8% bodyfat and bench pressed 135lbs and JP has raised his bench press by 45lbs (160lbs to 205lbs) in two months. Megan lost 4.6% bodyfat, Laura lost 2.3% bodyfat and Jessica lost 4% bodyfat. Ben pulled off a 315lb barbell deadlift.
Everyone has been doing great! Keep up the good work.
What's the key to everyone's success? They have been working on technique and eating better.

Those BF losses are unreal! Can you share more about your program on the blog? Also do you recommend any supplements to your bootcampers?
I do circuit training and i recommend that they supplement with amino acids, protein and ventilean before my workout sessions.
